New cutting-edge facility for London's Knowledge Quarter
300,000 sq ft of this nine-storey Grade II Listed building will be transformed into state-of-the-art life sciences space.
Designed with a focus on customer wellbeing and sustainability, the project is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
The completed facility will include 210,000 sq ft of fully fitted labs and lab enabled areas, with the additional 90,000 sq ft dedicated to offices, amenities, meeting areas and retail spaces, along with an exclusive eighth-floor club lounge and a roof terrace offering panoramic views of central London. The heritage rooms will be thoughtfully repurposed as lecture halls and meeting rooms.
