G&T is providing comprehensive Cost Management, Project Management, and Schedule Management services to support developer Ytech in realising this ambitious vision. Working closely with Arquitectonica and ACPV, we are helping to align design excellence with construction feasibility, ensuring that the high-end amenity offering - from a 10,000 SF gym to private dining areas and flexible workspaces - is delivered on time and within budget. Our leadership has also been instrumental in integrating photovoltaic glazing into the tower’s western façade, navigating technical and logistical challenges to incorporate this groundbreaking feature seamlessly into the build.
