Refurbishment of Art Deco Hotel

The Grade II Listed hotel has undergone a phased refurbishment and extension, preserving its 1920s interior and external character to reflect the local vernacular.
Phase 1 included the redesign of the entrance hall, reception, lounge, Colony Grill restaurant, bar, spa and gym. Two guest rooms were refurbished, with feedback informing Phase 2.
In Phase 2, the adjacent three-storey building was demolished, retaining its façade and replaced with a six-storey extension, adding 29 guest rooms, two function rooms and new ground floor amenities.
