The refurbishment of this iconic London building aims to provide high quality office space delivered with two tenants remaining in occupation on the lower levels. It is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent' to ensure that this locally Listed building continues to be fully utilised and remains one of the area’s architectural gems.
The project will include improved landscaping and entrance to unlock additional spaces, a new reception and café area to improve the building’s amenity offering, refurbished roof terraces, a new cycle store, gym and changing facilities and a new, updated CAT A finish to the office areas on levels three to nine.
The project runs adjacent to TfL assets running into Hammersmith station which will add a further constraint to the delivery of the works and involve close liaison with TfL.
