Perched on Level 39 of 110 Bishopsgate, Sushi Samba’s rooftop restaurant was recently transformed, with a reimagined bar and private dining room at its heart.
The centrepiece of the refurbishment is a dining table suspended from the ceiling by a hoist, offering unparalleled flexibility. With the push of a button, the private dining room can be converted into an elegant bar.
The suspended table required coordination between various teams to ensure it functioned seamlessly for staff, resulting in a unique space that effortlessly adapts to any occasion.
