The Student Loans Company has relocated to the banks of the River Clyde, occupying four floors of a newly constructed building that aligns with the UKGBC's Advancing Net Zero principles.
The ground floor provides communal spaces, including a living wall, coffee servery and Hellerup seating event area while floors two to four feature open-plan offices, breakout areas, meeting pods and collaboration spaces with boardrooms and meeting rooms housed on the fifth.
