Designed by Squire & Partners, the development will provide 179 units with associated basement car parking - 120 units comprising a mixture of townhouses, duplexes and apartments as well as 59 affordable units. There will also be public landscaped spaces as well as private gardens.
The development includes the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Riding School into a swimming pool with leisure facilities and social function areas.
