Luxury living at St John's Wood Barrackes
The transformation of St John’s Wood Barracks, formerly home to the King’s Troop, into a luxury residential development will create a vibrant new community. This project will enhance the local area by providing family homes and improving public spaces while honouring the heritage of the barracks.
The development will include 179 residential units, with a mix of townhouses, duplexes and apartments, as well as 59 affordable housing units. Additional features include basement car parking, public landscaped spaces and private gardens.
A key aspect of the project is the restoration of the Grade II Listed Riding School, which will be repurposed into a swimming pool, leisure facilities and social areas, preserving its historical significance.
