The new 1,700,000 sq ft mixed-use development will include 80 new brands, and an enticing mix of restaurant and bars, 152 new homes, a 244 bedroom 5* hotel, multi-screen cinema, nine event spaces and 1,600 car parking spaces as well as the restoration of the historic St Andrews House and 27-31 James Craig Walk.
The historic surroundings of the development have required that the team deliver a building of exceptional quality. The context of the building within the existing vernacular has meant that the planning constraints of a prescriptive nature required the extensive use of natural materials.
