Built on the site of the former Southport Theatre, this state-of-the-art entertainment and leisure facility will host a range of activities from productions and concerts to large-scale conferences and one-off events.
The project will also deliver the Marine Lake Water and Light Show – a unique purpose-built attraction to draw visitors to the waterfront and wider town.
As part of the development, G&T is delivering an integrated social value plan giving back to the community and ensuring lasting economical, social and environmental value for the area including provision of local employment and supply chain opportunities as well as working with students and adults looking for new career opportunities.
