In 2019/20 we continued to work with Southern Water’s Project Management Office Transformation programme, tasked with identifying and exploiting operational efficiencies in the capital expenditures.

After developing an initial strategy to improve data accuracy, upgrade project control systems and implement a streamlined change control process, we were asked to lead the second phase of the programme to establish programme controls new systems and methodologies to enhance and integrate cost, schedule and risk control with best-in-class reporting systems.
