G&T undertook a strategic review of the Trust's Hard FM management and delivery model and led the transformation from its existing single bundled contract.
The review enhanced the in-house management team to align to a new contract strategy using five specialist contractors based on asset type, upgraded the existing in-house CAFM system and brought the helpdesk in-house.
As well as project managing the transformation, we procured the new contracts and provided change management support for the new processes and developed a roles and responsibilities matrix for the in-house team.
