K1 provides 79 affordable homes (60 Social and 19 Intermediate) comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as wheelchair accessible units for the London Borough of Southwark arranged around a central courtyard providing a communal garden for residents.
The building has its own external energy centre and the apartments have been designed to have dual-aspect views in every home and benefit from private balconies.
These homes have been specifically designed for the families of Southwark with 14 one bed, 30 two bed and 35 three bed apartments, incorporating DDA compliant units.
