Setting a new standard for sustainable office spaces in Bristol

The project involved remodelling three high-spec office buildings to CAT A standard, with a four-storey extension and a striking double-height reception area. New cycle facilities, including electric bike charging stations and a maintenance area, promote eco-friendly commuting.
G&T provided key cost consultancy during Stages 2 and 3, exploring Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) as a low-carbon alternative to concrete for the upper floors.
Targeting a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating, the project focuses on reducing embodied and operational carbon, making it a model for sustainable office design.
