New theatre store makes its debut
A vast collection of items now housed under one roof
The project involved transforming 3,350m² of existing warehouse and office space into a new storage facility for costumes, props and scenery.
Key upgrades to warehouses included the installation of a 1,100m² mezzanine structure and associated vertical transportation to increase capacity, improvements for the building's thermal performance as well as refurbished office and public spaces.
With a focus on energy efficiency, the extensive new MEP services installations ensure optimal climate control for preserving delicate items, while supporting the sustainable daily operations of the facility.
