As well as identifying efficiencies and savings, the Unity team set out ambitious social value objectives which the team is delivering on.

G&T's contribution to date has included providing expert business advice to former members of the Special Boat Services to help them transition from the Service into civilian working life. Team members also provided careers advice to school children at the Jo Richardson Academy, the Warren School and the Cumberland Community School in East London. The programme of planned social value activities will continue throughout the Consortium's four-year contract.
