Marylebone Square is a contemporary interpretation of a classic London mansion block which aims to blend into the surrounding Georgian architecture of Marylebone Village. The development will feature both affordable and private residential apartments on the upper floors, retail on the lower ground and ground floors together with a triple car park basement.
The development has a five-level, glass-canopied courtyard that forms the living centrepiece of the development. The residential apartments will be accessed via two cores to the north and south of the building with the private apartments to the north of the site located in the courtyard space with a linking bridge to the entrances.
Works also include the construction of a community hall on the ground floor.
