Whether it's learning new skills through nutrition and mindfulness sessions, having a laugh with colleagues on the pitch or organising a fundraising event for charities close to our hearts, at G&T we champion health and wellbeing by supporting people to connect with each other, get outside and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Our sports and social engagement programme includes activities such as yoga, running, mindfulness, cycling, sailing, mentoring and much, much more.

This year we welcomed back our highly anticipated Under 30s v Over 30s sports matches, took to the track at Park Run in Scotland, hosted Five-A-Side tournaments in the North of England and enjoyed netwalking in Bristol.

The programme of activity brings to life our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our people, supporting them to realise their full potential.
