Situated on the site of a former silk mill beside the historic Bridgewater Canal, this project involved the complete refurbishment of a 1997 office building.
A new façade, two additional floors and a comprehensive internal fit-out has transformed the space into high-quality Grade A offices.
The building is on track to achieve BREEAM 'Outstanding' and an EPC A rating, making it a leading example of sustainable building reuse in Manchester, with impressive carbon reduction credentials.
