This elegant workspace spans three floors and features a timber-clad spiral staircase and extensive planting, prioritisng collaboration with huddle rooms and generous breakout spaces, alongside private focus areas.
The workspace also includes a kitchen, dining area and advanced AV/IT installations.
Sustainability is at the core, with smart technology, efficient heating and cooling, low-flow taps as well as a bespoke environmental control app aimed at reducing carbon emissions and water waste.
G&T also supported Hines with the basebuild and CAT A fit-out works at Grainhouse.
