G&T was appointed to oversee the entire process of finding, securing, designing and delivering Goodwin Procter's new London headquarters located in St. Paul's - a move which consolidates two separate London offices into one larger, contemporary space spanning approximately 90,000 sq ft.
The new office design features a mix of cellular private offices and open-plan workspaces, providing flexibility for various working styles. It also includes a high-quality client meeting suite, wellness amenities, a barista bar, a large outdoor terrace and catering facilities designed to serve both clients and employees.
The working floors are linked by an architecturally stunning interconnecting staircase, enhancing the office's modern and cohesive design.
