Review 2019-2020


Giving the next generation the support to build skills, develop opinions and challenge current thinking has been at the heart of G&T’s succession planning. This year we continued to invest our energy and resources in developing talent in our core markets of the UK and US through our Chartership and NextGen Programmes. Like many things in 2020, we had to adapt our approach with many learning opportunities happening online. But it did not stop us from coming together and collaborating with clients and industry partners to keep the conversation going.
