Everton FC's new home on the banks of the River Mersey will comprise four distinctive stands of equal height with a large steep home stand to the south housing 13,000 Blues on matchdays.
A Fan Plaza to the east of the stadium will allow the club to animate the build-up to kick-off and can also be used on non-matchdays as event, community space or a music venue.
The stadium will offer future flexibility as both the lower tiers in the North and South stands will make it easy to adopt rail seating and, should legislation change in the future, they could also be converted into areas for safe standing.
