Eleven existing buildings will be demolished and circa 750 new homes (half of them affordable) will be provided along with new shops and flexible workspaces on Ebury Bridge Road.
The pedestrian-friendly scheme will also incorporate new public and green spaces as well as new cafes, a fitness centre and community hub.
Phase 1 is currently underway and will include demolition of four blocks and development of more than 200 new mixed-tenure homes and a public square, all delivered by 2023.
G&T has been providing services on the development since RIBA Stage 0/1.
We are also working with Westminster City Council, ARUP, the designers and the rest of the supply chain to deliver a number of educational activities for the surrounding schools and residents of the borough. The aim is to create physical, social and economic sustainability for the neighbourhood with the help of the community.
