The major regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate will create new places to live, work and shop. 781 new homes (half of them affordable) will be provided along with new shops and flexible workspaces.

The pedestrian-friendly scheme aims to be an almost car-free development with disabled parking only and will also incorporate 2,000 cycle spaces for residents. There will also be new public and green spaces as well as cafés, a fitness centre, nursery and community hub.

We are also working with the Council, design team and other supply chain members to deliver a number of educational activities for the surrounding schools and residents – creating physical, social and economic sustainability for the neighbourhood with the help of the community.
