This fast-paced fit-out for Duck & Waffle's first restaurant in Scotland included the management of multiple stakeholders, specialist designers and challenges with procurement of bespoke items.
The unique brief was full of duck-themed elements including feather lined tables, feather chandeliers, egg-shaped gold reception desks, custom duck feet tiling and custom cast feather extraction drums.
