The Cundy Street Quarter scheme will offer affordable and open market homes together with new amenities and improved public spaces at the southern end of Grosvenor’s Belgravia Estate in central London.
The 2.4 acre redevelopment delivers 70 private apartments, 93 affordable homes and senior living accommodation for up to 170 people across three mansion buildings, up to a height of 11 storeys. Ground floor amenities will include a cinema, retail and restaurants.
The energy efficient buildings will produce 90% less carbon and reduce water usage by 45%. The new neighbourhood would also see 56,000 sq ft of green space with an additional 65 trees.
