Giving a voice to the next generation of leaders

The future of London as we know it is changing. NexGen initiatives such as the Westminster Property Association (WPA), City Property Association (CPA) and G&T's NextGen programmes have never been more important, promoting collaboration across the built environment during a time when it is needed the most.

Over the past year we have continued to work with both the CPA and WPA, supporting the future of the City and Westminster and helping to adapt their NextGen programmes as they continue to bring networks together and create platforms for future leaders to have their say.

This year saw the appointment of G&T senior associate Cal Matthews and project surveyor Blair Hercules to the WPA and CPA committees respectively.

I look forward to giving the next generation a voice in how we create a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive industry, whilst reconnecting people post pandemic.

Cal Matthews
G&T Senior Associate

These committees, made up of a select group of built environment professionals, are dedicated to building meaningful relationships with upcoming industry professionals and acting as a sounding board for the next generation of leaders.
