This new 300,000 sq ft development, spread across six industrial units and office space, features market-leading sustainability credentials.
These include photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps, outdoor staff amenity areas and ancient woodland walks designed to promote wellbeing. The development has achieved EPC A rating and is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent'.
G&T monitored the construction progress for the lender, highlighting any risk to cost, quality and programme and authorised drawdowns from the development loan.
