The 42-acre parkland campus will offer flexible, state-of-the-art lab space across three buildings, alongside curated amenities and expansive green areas.
Designed to foster wellbeing and productivity, the site will also feature sustainable transport options such as EV charging stations, improved bicycle parking and end-of-journey facilities.
Sustainability is integral to both the campus and its community, with the first phase targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and an EPC rating of A as well as aligning design with the WELL Building Standard. The adaptive reuse design has also achieved a 40% reduction in whole-life embodied carbon compared to a new build with net-zero emissions.
