Cadworks™ aims to be one of the most sustainable buildings in Scotland. It has been designed with the health and wellbeing of the occupier front of mind, with an added focus on improving the wellbeing of the wider community.
The building provides 95,000 sq ft of Grade A office space with retail at ground floor, achieving net zero carbon status in operation. The project is BREEAM 'Excellent', EPC A rated, WiredScore 'Platinum', ActiveScore 'Platinum' and was awarded a 'Gold' rating from AirRated demonstrating the quality of indoor air.
The building won the "Innovation" category at the National and Regional (Scotland) BCO Awards 2022.
