This 10,000 sq ft venue, spread across two floors, is Europe’s largest karaoke space, featuring 22 karaoke rooms, three bars, a kitchen, a live music area and an outdoor terrace.
Each karaoke room offers a unique concept, contributing to the venue's distinctiveness. The project involved a rapid strip-out and fit-out process, demanding swift and efficient execution.
G&T provided both Project Management and Cost Management services, supporting BAM Karaoke from the initial site selection through to the successful completion of the project.
