This former Victorian children’s home has been restored to its former glory, retaining many of its original features alongside new modern office amenities. A central hall now forms the focus of the building.
The BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated net zero carbon studio embodies many of the WELL Building standards, including a new entrance for cyclists, a wellness room as well as access to green terraces.
