The repositioning of the former Deutsche Bank headquarters will create a best-in-class commercial space, featuring enhanced end-of-trip and welfare facilities, a fully equipped 200-seat auditorium, a business lounge and over 200,000 sq ft of landscaped terrace with impressive views across the city.
By adding five new floors, 75 London Wall will expand its gross internal area by 40%, reaching 690,000 sq ft across 13 floors.
The development will retain 89% of the existing building fabric, embracing circular economy principles by reusing the limestone façade. It is targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding', WELL Core 'Platinum' and NABERS UK 5 Star.
