4 Angel Square is a new energy efficient, smart enabled high quality office building set in the wider NOMA estate in Manchester. It is the first project in the city to obtain the NABERS Design for Performance Target Rating of 5 Stars, using sustainable technologies such as air source heat pumps and PV cell technology to help achieve this result.
Other sustainable and wellbeing initiatives include 212 cycle spaces (including electric bike charging and bike hire), 26 EV charging points, high level outdoor terracing and a wellness suite. The building is also targeting WiredScore ‘Platinum’, EPC Rating ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.
The building is fully smart enabled with a downloadable app providing contactless access control with smart visitor management and in-app lift call, a Facilities & Concierge service, comfort controls and energy monitoring, live weather and traffic and even the ability to order food direct to your office.
