2 Angel Square and 3 Angel Square will deliver 440,000 sq ft of Grade A office space together with 39,891 sq ft of commercial and amenity space on the NOMA development in Manchester’s city centre. More than 250 cycle spaces are also planned across the two buildings.
The buildings aim to be the ‘next generation’ in terms of sustainability and net zero carbon and the project has been designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and a five star NABERS rating and is targeting WiredScore ‘Platinum’, Fitwell-two stars and SmartScore certification.
