The award-winning office has pushed the boundaries of smart technology providing occupiers with the best connectivity available, touchless access throughout, lighting controlled via the office app and electric vehicle charging points - all specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of tenants.
A rooftop running track to promote wellbeing provides panoramic views over Glasgow’s skyline, while 318 cycle spaces, a spa-quality clubroom and dedicated shower facilities on each floor encourage sustainable travel.
Further innovations to the fully glazed 13-storey building include high specification low-iron glass providing the most clear and colourless glass available as well as flexible floorplates that encourage occupier adaptability. The fully electric building has its energy supplied by Blantyre Muir Wind Farm in South Lanarkshire (100% renewable from a local source).
